1. Customer
The Customer is either a legal sports club or organisation represented by an authorised adult, or an adult individual creating and paying for an independent team Workspace. The creator and payer must be at least 18.
2. Authority and identity
The creator confirms authority to create the Workspace, use the entered Club/team name and branding, invite members and bind the organisation where applicable. An independent Workspace must not falsely claim to be an official Club Workspace.
3. Workspace scope
One team may subscribe without the whole legal club. The individual or organisation responsible for the Admin Workspace is the Customer. Private individuals and legal organisations currently use the same proposed pricing.
4. Users and minors
The Customer is responsible for accurate invitations, member authority, Parent/guardian information and any legally required basis for minor Users. The pilot remains optional and an alternative essential-communication method is required.
5. Data-protection roles
The Customer normally controls its roster and operational travel purposes; MyTeamTravel may process that data under a DPA while separately controlling account, security and legal-obligation processing. Final FADP/GDPR allocation requires lawyer approval.
6. Operational accuracy
The Customer maintains accurate rosters, roles, relationships, destinations, timing, notes, transport and contact information, and limits access when people leave or roles change.
7. Drivers, vehicles and supervision
The Customer verifies driver eligibility, licences, insurance, vehicle suitability, legal capacity and supervision of minors. MyTeamTravel does not verify these matters.
8. Routes, weather and communications
- Route times and distances are estimates. Users must check current traffic, closures, legal requirements and road conditions.
- Weather information is forecast-based and may change. A winter warning does not confirm actual road-surface conditions.
- The Customer or Club remains responsible for licences, insurance, vehicle suitability, driver eligibility and supervision of minors.
- Notification delivery does not guarantee that information was read. An acknowledgement records that a User confirmed seeing an update; it does not prove understanding or action.
- MyTeamTravel must not be used as the only emergency or safety communication channel.
9. Security and Admin transfer
Passwords must not be shared. Admin control must be transferred through a secure invitation or verified support process, not by changing an email and handing over an old password. Current secure ownership-transfer tooling is limited and may require support verification.
10. Plans and future pricing
Proposed monthly prices are CHF 9.99 for 1 active team, CHF 27.99 for 3, CHF 49.99 for 6 and CHF 89.99 for 12. Paid subscriptions and Stripe are not active. Final checkout terms and taxes will be shown before payment is authorised.
11. Renewal and cancellation
Future monthly subscriptions are proposed to renew automatically until cancelled before the next renewal, with cancellation effective at period end. No charge may occur without explicit paid approval and payment details. Consumer-law treatment requires review.
12. Refunds and failed payment
The proposed rule is no prorated refund for a started period except where mandatory law applies, MyTeamTravel caused material service failure or an exception is approved. A 14-day failed-payment grace period is proposed.
13. Pilot and promotions
The EHC Olten Prospects AG pilot is proposed as free and does not auto-convert to paid use. A 100% promotion without payment details creates no charge. After promotion expiry, a 14-day payment-setup opportunity is proposed, with no retroactive charge.
14. Future annual plans
New subscriptions may later become annual-only. Existing monthly Customers must not be silently converted; notice and explicit acceptance are required.
15. Suspension
Access may be restricted for security, illegality, fraud, serious breach, expired entitlement or User protection, subject to mandatory law and the final agreement.
16. Offboarding, export and deletion
Current Club deletion requires password, exact name, authority and email confirmation, then provides a 30-day recovery period before soft deletion. Complete self-service export and physical purge are not implemented. Legal/security records and backups may remain subject to verified retention rules.
17. Confidentiality and exports
The Customer protects confidential information, invitation/access links, calendar feeds, PDFs and exported personal data and gives them only to authorised recipients.
18. Intellectual property
MyTeamTravel retains its software, branding and documentation rights. The Customer confirms rights to submitted names, branding and content and grants operational permissions needed to provide the service.
19. Third-party providers
The service depends on hosting, database, email, route, place, geocoding, weather and schedule providers. Provider availability, contracts, classifications and international transfers require verification.
20. Availability and changes
The pilot has no SLA. Product functionality may change with reasonable care, without silently creating paid obligations or reducing mandatory rights.
21. Liability, law and jurisdiction
Liability exclusions/caps, indemnities, Swiss law and competent courts are open drafting points requiring approval by qualified Swiss counsel, including consumer-law and cross-border effects.
22. Contact
