Acceptable Use Rules

You must not

• Impersonate another person, Club or official Workspace.
• Use a Club/team name or branding without authority.
• Share passwords or use another person's credentials.
• Attempt cross-Club or unauthorised role access.
• Scrape, bulk-extract, probe, scan or circumvent security controls.
• Send abusive, deceptive or excessive invitations, reminders or notifications.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, threatening or malicious content or code.
• Enter unnecessary medical or other sensitive personal data.
• Publish private addresses, protected exports, access links or calendar feeds without authority.
• Make misleading claims about driver qualification, insurance or vehicle safety.
• Use MyTeamTravel as the sole emergency or essential-safety communication channel.

Enforcement

Access may be limited while suspected misuse is investigated and may be suspended or terminated for serious breach, illegality, fraud, security risk or protection of Users. Mandatory rights and proportionality require lawyer review.
