Depending on how you use the service, My Team Travel may process account details, club and team membership information, travel-plan selections, messages sent through the contact form, technical logs and security-related metadata.
Why data is processed
Data is processed to provide the travel coordination product, handle demo and contact requests, maintain account security, operate invitations and support club/team administration.
Contact form
Messages sent through the contact form are forwarded privately to My Team Travel. The form asks for the information needed to answer your request and does not publish your contact details.
Email, hosting and database providers
The production setup is prepared for Vercel hosting, Supabase PostgreSQL and Resend transactional email. These providers may process data as technical service providers when configured for production.
Your rights
Under Swiss data protection law, people can request information, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable. Use the contact form to send privacy requests.
Private travel data
The app is designed so user views do not expose private home addresses, private route origins, private route durations, private Google Maps URLs, internal tokens or admin-only operational notes.
