User Terms

1. Service and eligibility

MyTeamTravel is a sports-team travel-coordination tool. A User may access it only through an authorised account and Club/team scope. These Terms do not make MyTeamTravel a transport provider, travel agency, emergency service, weather or traffic authority, licensing authority or insurer.

2. Account accuracy and personal credentials

Provide accurate account information, keep it current, use your own password and never share credentials. Separate Players and Parents/Family members should use separate accounts. Report suspected compromise promptly.

3. Roles and permissions

Use only the Club, team and TravelPlan data made available to your role. Do not use invitation links, exports or role information to access another person or Club without authority.

4. Minor Users

If you are under 16, you must confirm that a parent or legal guardian is aware that you use MyTeamTravel. The Customer is responsible for required authority and Parent information. This model remains subject to lawyer review.

5. Optional pilot and essential communication

Participation remains optional during the pilot. Clubs must retain another method for essential or urgent travel communication. Do not rely on the service as the only emergency channel.

6. Travel selections and carpools

Make accurate selections, update changes promptly and join only carpools you are authorised to use. Drivers and passengers remain responsible for practical arrangements, lawful conduct, seat belts and current meeting information.

7. Notes and other people's data

Enter only information needed for travel coordination. Do not enter unnecessary medical, disciplinary or other sensitive data, publish another person's private address, or share protected roster/export information without authority.

8. Notifications and acknowledgements

Notification delivery does not guarantee reading. An acknowledgement records that you confirmed seeing an update; it does not prove that you understood or acted on it. You remain responsible for checking current TravelPlan information.

9. Routes, weather, drivers and safety

• Route times and distances are estimates. Users must check current traffic, closures, legal requirements and road conditions.
• Weather information is forecast-based and may change. A winter warning does not confirm actual road-surface conditions.
• The Customer or Club remains responsible for licences, insurance, vehicle suitability, driver eligibility and supervision of minors.
• Notification delivery does not guarantee that information was read. An acknowledgement records that a User confirmed seeing an update; it does not prove understanding or action.
• MyTeamTravel must not be used as the only emergency or safety communication channel.

10. Exports and links

Calendar feeds, PDFs, directions and driver-access links may contain protected information. Keep them confidential, share them only with intended recipients and revoke them where available after loss or unnecessary disclosure.

11. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Rules form part of these Terms. No impersonation, unlawful content, security probing, cross-Club access, scraping, abusive reminders or malicious code is permitted.

12. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended to protect Users, investigate fraud or security issues, comply with law, enforce permissions or address serious breach. Club membership removal may also end operational access.

13. Intellectual property

MyTeamTravel software, branding and original materials remain with their owner or licensors. Customers and Users retain rights in content they lawfully provide and grant the permissions needed to operate the service.

14. Availability and liability

No uninterrupted availability or error-free route, weather, notification or import result is promised. Any exclusions, liability cap, Swiss-law clause and jurisdiction must be reviewed and approved by qualified counsel before publication.

15. Changes and acceptance

A material published version may require explicit re-acceptance. Continued use alone is not treated as acceptance where the registry requires a new action. Draft versions cannot be accepted effectively.
