Future Payment, Subscription and Promotion Terms

Inactive paid service

Paid subscriptions and Stripe are not active. These future-launch terms create no current payment obligation. An eligible 100% promotion can provide access without a payment method and does not automatically convert into a charge.

Displayed future CHF plans

• 1 active team — CHF 9.99/month.
• 3 active teams — CHF 27.99/month.
• 6 active teams — CHF 49.99/month.
• 12 active teams — CHF 89.99/month.

Renewal and cancellation

No paid renewal is currently active. The applicable renewal and cancellation model will be published and shown before a Customer authorises any paid subscription.

Refunds and failed payment

No paid purchase or failed-payment process is currently active. Applicable refund, withdrawal and failed-payment terms will be published before paid subscriptions are offered. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Explicit payment approval

No charge occurs without explicit Customer approval and payment details. A free pilot or 100% promotion without a payment method does not auto-charge.

Promotion expiry

Promotional access ends at the date configured for the promotion. It does not convert automatically into paid use, and no retroactive charge applies. Access may be restricted after entitlement expires while data is retained under the current offboarding and retention rules.

Future annual plans

New subscriptions may later become annual-only. Existing monthly Customers will not be silently converted; notice and explicit acceptance are required.

Taxes and consumer law

Prices are in CHF. MyTeamTravel is not currently VAT registered. Any legally applicable taxes and mandatory consumer information will be shown before a paid purchase is authorised. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
