Future Payment, Subscription and Promotion Terms

Inactive paid service

Paid subscriptions and Stripe are not active. These future-launch terms create no current payment obligation and cannot be accepted effectively while DRAFT.

Proposed CHF plans

• 1 active team — CHF 9.99/month.
• 3 active teams — CHF 27.99/month.
• 6 active teams — CHF 49.99/month.
• 12 active teams — CHF 89.99/month.

Renewal and cancellation

The proposed initial model is monthly automatic renewal, cancellable before the next renewal with effect at the end of the current paid period.

Refunds and failed payment

Normally no prorated refund is proposed for a started period, except mandatory law, a material service failure caused by MyTeamTravel or an approved exception. A 14-day failed-payment grace period is proposed.

Explicit payment approval

No charge occurs without explicit Customer approval and payment details. A free pilot or 100% promotion without a payment method does not auto-charge.

Promotion expiry

After promotional access, the Admin is proposed to have 14 days to add payment details and explicitly approve paid continuation. No retroactive charge applies. Ordinary access may be restricted while data is preserved for the grace/export process.

Future annual plans

New subscriptions may later become annual-only. Existing monthly Customers will not be silently converted; notice and explicit acceptance are required.

Taxes and consumer law

Prices are in CHF. MyTeamTravel is not currently VAT registered. Any legally applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. Consumer withdrawal, renewal, refund and jurisdiction rules require lawyer review.
