What the Club normally controls
The Club or Workspace Customer normally chooses members, teams, roles, relationships, TravelPlans, transport arrangements, notes and recipients. It is responsible for authority, accuracy, Parent information and its lawful purpose.
What MyTeamTravel normally processes for the Club
MyTeamTravel hosts and organises the Customer's roster and travel data, applies access rules, creates authorised notifications/exports and calls route/place/weather providers when features require it.
MyTeamTravel's own purposes
MyTeamTravel determines processing needed for authentication, security, abuse prevention, service reliability, provider/quota administration, support, legal acceptance and legal obligations. Final role allocation remains a lawyer-review item.
Who can see what
Access depends on verified account, active membership, Club/team scope, role and feature settings. Full home origins are intended for the owner; roster viewers normally see only address status. Public Travel Notes and approved exports have broader authorised audiences than private operational notes.
Minors
Youth Players may have their own accounts. The Customer informs Parents/guardians and confirms required authority. MyTeamTravel should not be the only method for essential communication.
Main providers
Vercel, Supabase/PostgreSQL and Resend are draft processor classifications. Google Maps Platform provides route/place/geocoding/weather functions and is listed separately pending role review. Stripe is not active.
Rights and requests
Contact the Club for its operational member data or janis@myteamtravel.app for account/security processing and routing help. Identity and authority will be verified before disclosure or change.
DPA
Customers can request the draft Data Processing Addendum at janis@myteamtravel.app. The draft is not effective until reviewed, published and validly agreed.
Not a medical-record purpose
Do not use MyTeamTravel as a medical-record system or enter unnecessary sensitive information.
