Authority
An Admin must be an authorised adult entitled to create or administer the relevant organisation or independent Workspace, use its name and branding, invite members and make operational decisions.
Personal accounts
Each successor uses their own account and password. Do not share a password or change the old Admin's login email and hand over the old credentials.
Secure transfer
Admin succession must use a secure invitation or verified support process. MyTeamTravel may verify identity, organisation authority and the existing Admin's instructions. The current product does not yet offer a complete self-service sole-Admin ownership transfer.
Disputes and misleading identity
Misleading Club names or authority claims may be suspended. Deletion or transfer may be paused while a genuine authority dispute is assessed. Final evidence and dispute procedures require lawyer review.
